Every action needs an owner and a boundary

We publish a requirement only when the responsible authority, triggering fact, supported jurisdiction and checked date are clear.

Primary authority first

Secretary of State, tax, employment, planning, licensing and issuing-agency sources take priority over commercial summaries. A secondary source may explain context but cannot create a duty.

Scoped professional review

Entity, tax, employment and permit claims require reviewers qualified for that scope before public release. One badge never implies review of every discipline.

No approval or completeness claims

We do not say that an entity is active, a business is compliant, an application will be approved, or every permit has been found.

Examples and endorsements

Examples are labelled and include the facts that change the path. We do not invent founders, testimonials, savings, processing times or outcomes.

Corrections and freshness

Forms, fees, deadlines, portals and local requirements receive a publication-day check. A correction records the affected authority, claim, date and replacement source.
